- Mr. Stell heads the Litigation Department at
the firm and practices in the area of municipal law, being City
Attorney for the City of Winder, Georgia and the City of Commerce,
Georgia. He is also general counsel for the Winder Housing
Authority, Barrow County Airport Authority, Joint Development
Authority of Winder-Barrow, and the Winder-Barrow Industrial
Building Authority. He handles civil litigation, including
insurance defense matters. He also handles personal injury claims,
contract and commercial disputes and real estate related litigation
and zoning matters.
