- Mr. Stell heads the Litigation Department at
the firm and practices in the area of municipal law, being City
Attorney for the City of Winder, Georgia and the City of Commerce,
Georgia. He is also general counsel for the Winder Housing
Authority, Barrow County Airport Authority, Joint Development
Authority of Winder-Barrow, the Winder-Barrow Industrial
Building Authority, and the Royston Housing Authority. He handles civil litigation, including
insurance defense matters. He also handles personal injury claims,
contract and commercial disputes and real estate related litigation
and zoning matters.

- Mr. Smith leads the Real Estate and Business Law Division of

handles new business organizations for limited liability companies
and incorporations, leasing, private lending and foreclosures,
wills and probate, asset diversification.

exchanges. He also handles residential and commercial real estate
transactions including closing real estate transactions and
resolving landlord and tenant disputes.

Ms. Wood is an associate in the Lawrenceville
